Our large coil bike rack is a custom bike rack fixed into the ground, which is mainly applied in the streets, railway stations, subway stations, etc.
Our large coil bike rack is a single deck bike rack with large helical coil, whose diameter is up to 762mm. It must be realized with a special bending machine. Such large coil bike rack is made of stainless steel, and machined with a 8-meter long stainless steel pipe, whose diameter is 38 to 50mm. Its vertical part is 435mm long, and its 425mm long part is inserted into the concrete ground to secure the whole bike rack. The difficulty of production is spot-free welding, and its intersection of coil end and vertical section must be welded without spots. We have realized such welding technology.
